Therapy should be clear and approachable — including the financials. Below you’ll find accepted insurance plans, private-pay rates, and what to expect before your first session. We serve North Huntingdon, Irwin, Greensburg, and surrounding communities, with telehealth across Pennsylvania.
Insurance Plans Accepted
Restorative Balance Therapy currently accepts the following insurance plans:
Aetna
Cigna
Highmark
Optum
UPMC Health Plan
UnitedHealthcare
We’ll verify your benefits before your first session and review any expected copays, coinsurance, or deductibles. Coverage varies by plan; final patient responsibility is determined by your insurer.
Out of network? We can provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to seek reimbursement directly from your insurer.
Private Pay / Self-Pay Rates
For clients without insurance or who prefer to self-pay, we offer transparent rates:
Initial Intake Session (50-60 minutes): $160
Individual Therapy Session (50-60 minutes): $150
Family Therapy Session (50-60 minutes): $140
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card and processed securely through SimplePractice at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards are welcome.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprices Act)
If you do not have insurance or are not using insurance, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. This estimate outlines anticipated costs for non-emergency services prior to scheduling. For questions or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact us.
Missed / Canceled Sessions
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $75 fee, which reflects the average cost of a reserved session slot.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can arise. If you’re unable to attend your session, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate. (Telehealth sessions are available and can help prevent cancellations due to weather or travel issues.)
